As you walk the streets of Wellington, you hear the distant shuffle of waves, smell the salty sea and hear the hustle of a city. Despite this hustle, Wellington seems like a comfortable home. The people are kind when you order a coffee. You feel safe as you walk the bay front, and generally you feel a wave of happiness from the locals. These are the emotions and feelings that I felt when I lived for a month in Wellington, New Zealand. My time in this charming city went too fast, but I still reflect on my photographs and writings that I took when abroad.
