That was a breeze. Within two months, my favorite time of the year breezed by. The sugar cookies were eaten, the leftover turkey is in the refrigerator and the relatives are heading back home. This time of year is my favorite. I love the caroling, winter landscapes and tidings of joy. It’s a season to reflect and remember what we are thankful for. I’m thankful to have spent this last Christmas with several of my family members in our new house in Florida. The aunt and uncle escaped the cold in Michigan, and I spent Christmas Eve with my grandfather. These are precious memories that I will forever remember.
I wanted to drop a quick note to my wonderful readers on the blog:
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
It’s a joy to write for you, and [everyday] I hope my adventures and writings inspire you to pursue your travel dreams. They are completely within your reach.
We have one week left in 2016, and I’m sitting down reflecting on the last year and thinking towards the future. Currently trying to brainstorm a few tangible new year resolutions and make travel plans to excite me about the upcoming year. It’ll be a good one. I have this feeling! How did you spend your holiday?
